Refunds & Returns Policy

At MultiSupp, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🛒 Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, sealed and unaltered.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

📩 How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@multisupp.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

If your return is rejected due to signs of use or tampering, we will not issue a refund, and you may be responsible for return shipping if you want the item back.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items purchased as part of a promotion, clearance, or sale (unless faulty)

  • Digital/downloadable products

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, credit, or refund.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please request a return and place a new order if you would like a different product.
