🛒 Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging, sealed and unaltered.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

📩 How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@multisupp.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return address.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • We will process refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

We deny refunds on returns showing signs of use or tampering. You are responsible for return shipping costs to retrieve the item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Items purchased as part of a promotion, clearance, or sale (unless faulty)
